Skata Tones – just another sellout ska band…

Since the end of 2018’s incredible summer of outdoor festivals, the South West’s most energetic Ska-mongers have been playing packed and sold-out gigs everywhere they go.

Appearing at The Palladium Club in September, the boys marked the release of their long-awaited album “A Day At The Fair” on CD and Vinyl to a capacity audience, having sold out of tickets days in advance. This is the third time Skata Tones have reached the limit at the Pally!

Since then, they performed to a c.5000 strong crowd jostling for space in The Pavilion at Butlins Minehead, just before Madness took to the stage at the House of Fun Weekender.

February saw Exeter Phoenix filled to capacity for the annual Phonic FM fundraiser with The Simmertones and The Embezzlers, followed by an absolutely pumping night at Mr Wolf’s in Bristol with little room left to breathe!

As the countdown to the summer continues, and with a calendar full of festivals, Skata Tones are building up even more energy and getting ready to wow audiences up and down the country – Definitely worth keeping an eye on in 2019…
